Q: What if a pathogen isn't on a sample that has been submitted? Do I
resubmit a sample and is that an extra cost to me, or do I get a refund?
A. We do not identify pathogens. We observe "structures" which are most likely candidates
to be identified as organisms/pathogens on samples provided. There is no way to know for sure if possible pathogen-like structures will
be observed or not on a sample. We can only observe and record the
potential structures found on a sample to see if any are present. A resubmission for observation requires a lot work by doing the same thing over again. For this reason, no refunds
are made and all resubmissions imply an additional cost. We aren't anticipating any resubmissions due to our procedure of allowing specimens to incubate with observing structures over a long period of time. It would be a rare occurrence or highly unlikely to have nothing available on a sample.
Q: I believe that I might have parasites and a lab that I tried showed negative results; after the third time, I was extremely discouraged. You require one sample for submission. How is that possible when parasite shedding doesn't happen all the time, according to my doctor?
A. There are two reasons behind this. First, there is an assumption that parasite eggs aren't present when a sample is submitted. It might be helpful if you read an informative article on Parasite Eggs, "Shedding" and Samples to get a better understanding. If you have parasites there is the probability that something will show up in our observations with one sample.
The second reason is that we have lab procedures in place to identify organisms along with techniques to uncover results. We encourage you to read What Happened to Proven Science? to give you an idea about how other labs operate.
Q: How long will it take to get my results back after I've submitted my
samples?
A: We estimate that it may take approximately 4-8 weeks. This length of time shouldn't have any bearing on revealing the truth when it comes to your health.
Q: Once I obtain my results from RHR Plus™, how do I go about treating organisms
that were observed, that could be afflicting me?
A: If organisms are in fact found and consequently verified beyond doubt,
please don't panic. Usually, a first logical choice may be your Health Care
Provider or Practitioner, someone you trust. Confronted with evidence it
is our hope they should take immediate and expert action. It is possible, however, they might choose to disregard evidence and dismiss you back home. No doubt you’ll be frustrated dealing with an ongoing state of affliction. It might happen, unfortunately, and seems to occur increasingly and apparently more often than not; therefore, please don't be dismayed even then.
Q: Do I need a doctor to read my results?
A: It will remain your choice and your choice alone what to do afterwards once you receive
your results.
Q: Why do your fees seem to be higher than other labs?
A: This is really a matter of perspective in knowing what is of value to you. By comparison, RHR Plus™ is not higher when considering the following:
• Out-of-pocket expenses for the "best lab" are comparable and there is no guarantee that other labs will find anything (we know many people who can attest to this). Many times they require people to submit 3 tests or more of the same type of specimen to find a problem and each of those tests cost you. Other labs can "process" 200-500 specimens in a month which is a lot. Is it any wonder why results can turn out negative or how something can be missed?
Our expertise in observation has never failed to reveal results; therefore, no wasted money with endless testing. At RHR Plus™ we take the time to study your specimens -- observations are laborious when done correctly -- using techniques that have been primarily lost with conventional labs.
• We have superior equipment, experience, skills and facilities to do
thorough Microscopic Field Scans, unlike other services. More importantly, we don't use automated or computerized machines to do our work for us.
• A Consultation, for instance, means that an Anaylst needs to do
additional research, perform longer observations and/or altogether gather scientific
support any possible findings. Notations come straight from the Anaylst in clear concise language that you can understand. You'll never receive a fancy computer generated chart or graph table from us.
• We could guarantee the "most relevant" micrographic pictures, ensuring quality. You will be given these pictures as
evidence to our findings, along with a brief or extensive comment.
We understand people's suffering because we have been through it ourselves
and have heard many stories. At RHR Plus™ we empathize with those who maybe skeptical or burnt out
trying so many different things and other lab consults. We also understand
that what we offer may not be for everyone; however, if someone has been searching for
a number of years for an answer and hasn't found a resolution, what we offer,
would be of great value to anyone.
Q: I don't have a practitioner, do you know of someone who can help me
resolve my health concerns?
A: We're sorry, but we don't have a referral list.
Q: Is it possible for someone within RHR Plus™ to assist me with my
health problems?
A: We don’t offer anything commercially through rhrplus.com but other recommended options might be available. RHR Plus™ is limited to simply helping customers "Uncover the Truth within", just as it's mentioned on the site; nothing more, nothing less.
Therefore, if you feel "out of options", we hope and trust you won't find our doors shut, not even then. Separate from RHR Plus™ there might be an option available externally that is non-medical with non-lucrative assistance that we may choose to extend. Each request is handled on a need-to basis and on a very personal non-liable level, for obvious reasons. Please feel free to contact us if you feel that you’ve exhausted all other avenues to assist in your health.
Q: Does your equipment and expertise allow you to see not only parasites, but other microbes too?
A: There is a strict protocol for handling specimens. They are received at a private lab facility with all the equipment and tools needed for microscopic observations. High powered microscopes are used to observe ALL microbes – bacteria, parasites, you name it!
