Parasite Kill Zone

I can tell you from experience and communicating with many people that getting rid of parasites isn’t a simple matter. Whether you choose to take herbal or pharmaceutical medicines to get rid of your problem, please don’t believe anyone who makes claims that a 3-day or 30-day program will be sufficient. Cleaning parasites from your body along with reclaiming your health can be expensive - it takes a lot of time and patience. Parasites are smarter than you think.
Once a person has been infected can they be healed or live a normal life again? I believe that it is possible given the amount of time involved, infection rate, and a well designed protocol strategy. Perhaps, you were never told a few things that might be sabotaging your efforts?

If you’re going to defeat an enemy, you need to know something about your opponent in order to be successful. Right? Here’s what I learned to help you save time and agony.
Mucous
While researching one day, I came across a nugget of information that was briefly mentioned in an early 1900’s book. I found an actual suggestion to remove mucous from the intestines! For those of you who don’t understand basic anatomy, this is what you need to know about parasites in the intestines and mucous.
It is a misconception that most parasites are present either in the stomach or colon; for this reason, they are rarely visible when an endoscopy or colonscopy is performed. If parasites are in the colon (6 feet in length) they migrated from the intestines during a flushing process. The majority of parasites will reside within the small intestines which is approximately 20 feet long; there are a lot of turns and pockets where parasites can remain safe in the intestines.
Mucous naturally occurs in the intestines to help soothe the lining. An abundance of mucous is an acid condition that parasites prefer. They use the mucous as a shield to protect themselves. I’m unsure if parasites can be a contributor by creating more mucous than normal; it is possible that parasites play a role in mucous formation because parasites irritate the gut lining with their gripping or burrowing into the walls. One of the most prevalent parasites within man - the Ascaris - it is a fierce opponent that has 3 tough muscle layers. This layer is hard to penetrate by anthelmintics and when roundworms use mucous as a slippery coat, it is a challenge to kill them.
Physicians in the early days used Ammonium Chloride for several days followed by anthelmintics. This is a secret weapon that was used with success. These physicians were into natural medicines and took considerable time to study parasites. When I looked up Ammonium Chloride the description appeared rather harsh or scary to use. However, there is a manufacturer who makes a hypoallergenic buffered product designed for congestion. The physicians were right - Ammonium Chloride does cut into the mucous and reduces it.
If you want to avoid Ammonium Chloride altogether, there are herbal medicines that can be used to breakdown the mucous barrier. These herbs would be rose, ginger, turmeric, oregano oil, fenugreek, Triphala, or any astringent anti-mucous agent; when using a fair amount of one or several in combination for several weeks on a consistent basis will help.
Additionally, reexamine your diet by adding more alkaline foods to bring your body back into balance. Our bodies are alkaline based - parasites and other pathogens flourish more in an acidic environment producing ammonia-like toxins. Eat an abundance of enzymatic foods; such as, kiwi, papaya, pineapple, pomegranates, black mission figs, and coconut. Other foods to help minimize parasites or help flush your system are carrots, cabbage, and beets. The suggested foods in abundance will be helpful during the period of time while on a break.
Mutation
When I started out with a parasite cleanse, I didn’t know that parasites mutate their bodies by adapting to the killing herbs. Let’s say that you killed off a few adults and felt that was successful - you stop taking the protocol. Two things occur that you may not be aware of:
1. The eggs that are laid has the new genetic imprint to resist your protocol; and, when they hatch out resistance to those herbs becomes a new problem.
2. There are remaining adult worms that weren’t killed off that might be weakened but not dead. If the break cycle is too long, I believe, that these adults become immune to those specific killing herbs which also sets up a resistance.
Once parasites sense a threat, they immediately start working on countering the deadly protocol. To avoid resistance, different manufacturers will suggest taking a protocol for a certain amount of days; take a break; and begin the killing cycle again. Whether their protocol schedule of on/off is correct, is irrelevant.
In my experience I learned that it takes approximately 21 days before parasites become desensitized to the herbs; breaks taken for roughly 7-10 days is enough time for the body to rest and it doesn’t give parasites too much time to recover by growing stronger. Even during break time, they shouldn’t get much of a break if you eat an abundance of enzymatic foods plus take tonic herbs; such as, garlic, ginger, or turmeric on a daily basis that also help kill parasites. Tonic herbs are herbs that can be taken over a long period of time without side-effects.
I’ve found that many parasite products are inferior to worms which is why their on/off schedule may not have much impact. There are several factors involved that could make a protocol ineffectual. A product may not be original, but a copycat formula is being marketed where the ratio of effective herbs were assumed to make a product. Mutation occurs when a formula is too weak to do it’s job. Herbs used may be old or a poor grade; sometimes, improper grinding of herbs can degrade the quality. Parasite cleansing products maybe incorrectly suggested for dosages. A ‘break’ isn’t taken before complete desensitization has occurred. Stopping a protocol completely or taking too long of a break can present problems.
Your infection rate can determine the success of a protocol; i.e., using herbs, homeopathy, or medicines are factors to be considered. If you don’t know how to use natural medicines properly this can be problematic of underdosing or overdosing - it is best to consult a practitioner who has had experience with parasites. This is really important because a person may have knowledge of herbs (or medicines), but if they don’t understand parasites it could make your health worse.
In my opinion, a good strategy is to make the parasites weaker systemically over a period of time rather than trying to kill a large sum within a short period of time. The reason for this is, if there is a high infection in the gut it could cause blockage. Additionally, it is no great secret that parasites and their larvae can migrate into other parts of the body - these areas need to be addressed too. Therefore, patience is key. Years ago, I spoke to two Ayurvedic physicians and both of them told me that it will take several months for parasites to be poisoned on a systemic level. I have found this to be true.
Co-Infections
The subject of co-infections is more thoroughly explained in Herxheimer Reaction, Co-infections, and Toxins. This is one of the most misunderstood, but important subjects to consider for wellness.
When encountering a parasite infection, it is rare that one parasite is the culprit of all your troubles. The reason why you notice that parasite is because it is the dominant invader, but it is certainly not the only one present. A person can easily be infected by 3-7 different species of worms.
Aside from worms there are pathogens present creating co-infections; such as, molds/fungus, bacteria, viruses, and toxins working together in symbiosis. The true definition of ‘parasite’ would include all of these organism, because a parasite is something that either lives or feeds off of another for its benefit. Often times, parasites will have a symbiotic relationship with other parasites. It is a bad assumption to think that you need to address one problem.
Most people who have a Candida fungus issue will later discover that they have a worm infection. Even if your focus is killing worms, dead parasites will release bacterium or viruses. How will you deal with those problems if your herbal formula is designed only for killing worms or just fungus? Once these microbes are in a symbiotic relationship it will be necessary to address pathogens at the same time rather than taking care of the problem when it pops up or dealing with it until later. If you have a good protocol, it should include addressing other hidden pathogens that could be present. All of them must go at the same time which is why it takes longer than 30-days to return to health.
Lastly, please remember to take something sweet with your protocol so that you will not create a larger problem. The one thing that you want to avoid is having parasites flee from the intestinal tract with migration throughout the body into other organs. Parasites will do just about anything to avoid being killed. Their job is to live by adapting to their environment and eat foods that you like. They’ve had millions of years of parasitic DNA programming to be good survivors.
A bit of advice, herbal medicine should be regarded as medicines – the proper usage is essential for success or failure. The truth is that a considerable amount of herbs are necessary to be effective. A well thought out protocol strategy will make the difference in how well you will heal and at what rate this will occur. I believe that all things are possible even when it seems impossible to achieve. Whatever you do, read a lot of information about parasites before attacking them.
