    Battling Candida and Parasites Part 1

    At this stage in my journey, I knew I had two new problems in my life to deal with: parasites and candida. I was more concerned about the candida at this point in time because it had, 1. taken over my foot and toe nail, and 2., I was developing strange visual disturbances as if a film was starting to grow over my eyes. I was very concerned thinking that perhaps these visual disturbances were to become permanent.

    The foot fungus was a large infection and was tenacious. I remember showing my boyfriend pointing to what looked like a series of red large lumps between my toes and saying “what is this??". He said, “I think that’s tinea". Ewww! I thought. I had never thought I would get tinea!

    My Candida journey and how it all began: Athletes Foot

    The title of this blog is a bit misleading because I knew I had a candida problem prior to contracting foot fungus because I’ve had recurrent vaginal thrush and the whitest, frothiest, most hidiously looking tongue for as long as I can remember! I can’t remember ever having a pink tongue! But I got used to it… I’d brush vigorously whenever I had to go to the dentist or whenever someone would look into my mouth and I had the chance to clean it up first. I didn’t worry too much about it. But part of me did though; I suppressed half of my concern, and the other half of the concern disappeared in brain fog.

      Paige was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. She discovered that mercury from fillings was responsible for poisoning her body that became one of her root problems. Furthermore, she has battled with fungi, and parasites. Paige has suffered as an insomniac for several years since her onset of ill-health.
