Skeptical Doctors Compound The Problem - Part 1
Restorative Health Research Plus™
Living with the difficulties of a mold or parasite infection is very challenging for the sufferer who has the problem. It is particularly daunting when you notice a decline in health that maybe met with skepticism along with a clear indication that your illness isn’t going to be taken seriously. There are several critical reasons why this may happen to you.
Improvements can be changed if enough people or doctors demand a better health and educational system. At the moment, the medical establishment doesn’t believe that there is a problem; instead, the problem is you and not them. Let’s look deeper into this to sort out what is what because attention to these problems is sorely needed. Below are my observations and point-of-view that we all face.
Fluke [F. Hepatica] In The Neck
By DD Rose on Apr 8, 2009 | In Parasites, Microbial Research | 3 feedbacks »
I’ve come across publications citing unusual occurrences where parasites migrate into different parts of the body. Below is an abstract on a fluke found within a tumor, in the cervical region. Flukes are typically found in the liver or intestines.
Burning Sensation
By Jane on Apr 7, 2009 | In Parasites, My Story | 2 feedbacks »
The last few days I’ve been experiencing a terrible burning sensation from my bottom to the point it can be very sore. It’s mainly when I go to the toilet to empty my bowel. It can still burn for a while afterwards too. My stools appears to be relatively normal looking, but I did notice a slight trace of mucus today. I’ve experienced this burning sensation before but it was usually when I had a bad flare-up. It’s been a while since I experienced a really nasty flare-up.
I’m still taking the Iodine. ![]()

Something Was Bugging Me
Restorative Health Research Plus™
I shared my experiences of discovering a parasite infection in Invasion of the “Travel Bug”- Except, I Didn’t Travel! and Parasite Hype or Not?. In those articles I talked about poor medical care, resistant issues, how people get infected, worldwide infection rates, medications, and experience using natural remedies. I’ll continue more about my story along with information on practitioners, symptoms, and general information on testing.
My Appointment With Infectious Disease AND My Results
By Jane on Apr 5, 2009 | In Parasites, My Story | 6 feedbacks »
I had my appointment with the Infectious Disease Specialist. It went exactly as I thought it would. The Specialist asked me what the problem was and asked that I give a bit of history. I tried as best I could to explain what I have been enduring for years now. This was very difficult indeed to get across how bad things have been for me. I first explained to him that I first noticed the symptoms around March 2003 and since then things just got worse and worse for me.
Get Copper Fixtures To Kill Bacteria
By DD Rose on Apr 5, 2009 | In Bacteria, Microbial Research | 1 feedback »
Copper has been used for centuries to kill parasites and bacteria. Recently, tests have proven that copper does kill bacteria; such as, MRSA. Hospitals are changing their fixtures to copper because of the benefits it provides with killing bacteria. Adding copper door knobs to public bathrooms might help with those who don’t believe in washing their hands!
Copper Kills Bacteria
It’s official – copper can kill harmful bacteria. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has brought in the long awaited ruling that copper can legitimately claim to be capable of combating infections.
Iodine/Iodide: Herbals To Avoid
By DD Rose on Apr 5, 2009 | In Microbial Research | 2 feedbacks »
My interests in iodine supplementation came about when I started to read more about Lyme infections. Iodine can be helpful as a supplement for many ailments and microbial infections.
What I learned, however, is that iodine shouldn’t be taken with herbs that contain alkaloids or Homeopathic metallic salts. I found this tidbit of information in an old medical book published in 1917, “Materia Medica Dr. Potter". Here’s what is said about iodine/iodides:
Colonic Irrigation Part 4
By Paige on Apr 4, 2009 | In My Story | 2 feedbacks »
Session 4 took place 48 hours after. But first, I needed to have a long chat with Margaret. I asked her with total bewilderment, how was I able to pass so much stool? How could this be?? Margaret told me a few stories like mine, where people with years of chronic constipation had come in for colonic sessions; and at around the 3rd or 4th, started to pass huge amounts of faeces. I nodded and understood. What else could she tell me? She mentioned that it takes a few sessions for the old and hardened stool to re-hydrate, soften up, and be ready to dislodge and evacuate. I realised that this explained the “debris” I noticed in session 2. She told me many people, like myself, were “in trouble” with their bowels…
Colonic Irrigation Part 3

Session 2 was also unremarkable, except that a few hours later that night… I was sick, sick, sick!! I felt horrible! The session had gone along as per the previous… nothing major to report on. Water would flow in and flow out without much coming out; but quite a bit of debris, though, I did notice floating down the viewing tube. Next morning I rang Margaret and told her how sick I had felt the night before, and still felt. She re-assured me that this was common and suggested that the last colonic had stirred up toxins and that I should come in as soon as possible for another session to release the toxins straight away. The next day, I came, for Session 3.
