Through the brainfog.... one struggles to find the answers

Its not easy to find answers to your health problems when you can’t think straight….
More than 2 years down the track now, and with a much clearer mind, I can now see the difference.
Follow up:
When I had my heaviest infestation of parasites and fungi, my brain fog was so severe, I couldn’t follow the most simple instructions. For example, I had read about “liver flushing” but I had no ability to follow the instructions on how to do it. I asked a few people for support and advice, and still couldn’t bring myself to follow a 5 step plan faithfully.
Looking at the instructions now, I am made even more aware of how impaired my brain function was at the time; and having said that, I have still yet to complete a liver flush, and I doubt I’ll get there!
Anyhow, brain fog is referred to often, and it is a major obstacle for people who are trying to research their health problem, to find answers and to develop a treatment plan. Often the protocols are completely foreign to the reader, and are difficult to understand. Further, the brain is so foggy it is impossible to take in new ideas, read scholarly articles, and to follow the most simple of instructions. Additionally, if you live a in a small country with a small population there are fewer opportunties for finding anyone with any experience on these matters, including doctors and alternative practitioners.
Thankfully, in my haze I was able to find my way to decide to purchase important pieces of equipment which helped me greatly and I recommend to everyone. One was a good quality traditional zapper based on the work of Dr Hulda Clark which can be seen here www.petzapper.com; and the other was a magnetic pulser from SOTA which I picked up from EBAY which is based on the work of Dr Bob Beck. I also ended up purchasing a second model of magnetic pulser which can be seen here http://members.optusnet.com.au/aklemens/magnetic_pulser.html as well as their version of the Beck zapper. These devices especially (along with herbs, and some choice supplements along the way), made a big difference to my health, and I consider myself very lucky to have stumbled upon them. I did fumble at first, but I eventually worked out how to use these, and began to zap and pulse daily along with taking digestive enzymes (Bromelain) and anti fungals. I was thrilled with the results which were noticeable in so many ways.
Once I was much better, I was really then able to do some serious researching on my constellation of symptoms and my plan of attack. Having had thyroid issues for many years, thyroid surgery, mercury poisening, facial droop, shingles, and chronic insomnia, I began to realise that my body had been under attack for many years and I was dealing with several issues. I was worn down, worn out and full of parasties, fungus, viruses and bacteria, albeit, much less of them from when I started my journey.
People refer to “parastie load” and this refers to how many are being carried in the body at any particular time. As time goes on, more flee to the toilet and die, and you do feel a reduction in your body. But as you may already know, parasties are stubborn and move around the body to escape your interventions. Some say people need something to live for and I can’t think of anything more worthy than killing these things that nearly killed me! Its a long “war” and I’m enjoying fighting it!

Unfortunately for me, zapping didn't have much of an effect on my symptoms (sometimes no effect whatsoever) although some times I did feel symptoms allevaited slightly. But long-term, unfortunately I felt it didn't do much and I was very disappointed. I don't have a Magnetic Pulser although I did read about it and thought about purchasing one.
You mention 'parasite load'. I've often wondered whether in the early days of my ill-health that zapping didn't feel to have much of an effect on my symptoms and that it was perhaps due to the overload within my body. I zapped daily and for long periods too.
